Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer
Our onsite fitness center boasts state-of-the art equipment, including two Precor treadmills with video monitors, a Precor elliptical machine with video monitor, an exercise bike, an adjustable incline bench, free weights, exercise balls and an abdominal machine.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Answer
Room service is provided by our restaurant, Atwood Café, 24 hours a day. However, there is a limited menu on weekends and daily between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Do you have a business center? What are the hours?
Answer
We do have a business center available for your use. It includes a PC and a MAC computer with access to a printer, scanner and copy machine. There may be a charge associated with these services.

Do you have a swimming pool?

We do not have a pool on property.

We do not offer shuttle services to or from the airport, but our concierge is happy to make arrangements for you.

Hotel Burnham is located at the corner of Washington Street and State Street.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer
We offer valet parking at the hotel at a charge of $45 per night. The fee for this service is not included in the room rate unless you have purchased one of our special hotel packages that include complementary parking.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
Our suites allow rollaway beds, cribs and/or playards. Unfortunately, due to fire codes, we cannot make these items available for Deluxe Rooms.
Question
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
You will need to make any changes to your reservation through the website you used to make your original reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
Answer
  1. A parent or guardian must sign a statement accepting responsibility for all charges and/or damages associated with the reservation.
  2. Mini-bars will be locked and no key will be given to the minor.
  3. Normal hotel rules apply, such as no more than the allowed number of people in guestrooms at any time.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
We have a 24-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy for most reservations and a 72-hour cancellation policy for packages and specials. You must cancel by 6:00 p.m. Central Time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Answer
We do require a photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.

Up to what age do kids stay for free?
Answer
Kids aged 17 and under stay for free when accompanying an adult. (If extra bedding is required, additional fees may be associated.)

Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer
We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on the property. They are available on request only and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have ADA-compliant rooms?

We do have ADA-compliant rooms available.

Do you have an early departure fee?

An early departure fee totaling the cost of one night's stay (room charge and applicable taxes) may apply on all reservations.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
Pets are welcome at the Hotel Burnham with no restriction on types or size. Pet owners will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel.

Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
Answer
We are a fully pet-friendly hotel and do not have pet-free rooms. However, if you do have pet allergies, we are happy to deep clean your room for you before your arrival on your request.

Do you have pet-sitting or dog walking services?
Answer
Pet-sitting and dog walking services are available through our concierge. Please contact the concierge in advance for these services.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
Answer
It is a six-block walk to Grant Park, a wonderful place to exercise yourself and your pet. Grant Park is at the corner of Jackson and Michigan.
