- What is check in/check out time?
- Check in is at 3 PM, check out is at 12 noon.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- The Hotel Burnham is an entirely non-smoking hotel.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- We offer wireless internet access for $11.99/night, however, WiFi is always complimentary for our Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Our onsite fitness center boasts state-of-the art equipment, including two Precor treadmills with video monitors, a Precor elliptical machine with video monitor, an exercise bike, an adjustable incline bench, free weights, exercise balls and an abdominal machine.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Room service is provided by our restaurant, Atwood Café, 24 hours a day. However, there is a limited menu on weekends and daily between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Do you have a business center? What are the hours?
- We do have a business center available for your use. It includes a PC and a MAC computer with access to a printer, scanner and copy machine. There may be a charge associated with these services.
- Do you have a swimming pool?
- We do not have a pool on property.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- We have in-room spa services available. Please contact the concierge to set up these services.
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service to/from the airport?
- We do not offer shuttle services to or from the airport, but our concierge is happy to make arrangements for you.
- What are your cross streets?
- Hotel Burnham is located at the corner of Washington Street and State Street.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- We offer valet parking at the hotel at a charge of $50 per night. The fee for this service is not included in the room rate unless you have purchased one of our special hotel packages that include complementary parking.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Our suites allow rollaway beds, cribs and/or playards. Unfortunately, due to fire codes, we cannot make these items available for Deluxe Rooms.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- You will need to make any changes to your reservation through the website you used to make your original reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 when not accompanied by an adult.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- We have a 24-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy. You must cancel by 6:00 p.m. Central Time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require a photo ID at the time of check in for all reservations.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Kids aged 17 and under stay for free when accompanying an adult. (If extra bedding is required, additional fees may be associated.)
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on the property. They are available on request only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Do you have accessible rooms?
- Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, click here.
- Do you have an early departure fee?
- An early departure fee totaling the cost of one night's stay (room charge and applicable taxes) may apply on all reservations.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- Breakfast: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00p.m.
Lunch: Monday - Saturday: 11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Dinner: Sunday - Thursday: 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. & Friday - Saturday: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Bar Service: Monday-Sunday: 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Pets are welcome at the Hotel Burnham with no restriction on types or size. Pet owners will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Pet-sitting and dog walking services are available through our concierge. Please contact the concierge in advance for these services.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- It is a six-block walk to Grant Park, a wonderful place to exercise yourself and your pet. Grant Park is at the corner of Jackson and Michigan.
- I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
- Contact the concierge prior to your arrival to set up these services.
- How do I book a meeting?
